Casserola's Chicken Milanese with Prosciutto and Arugula

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Milanese 1 package
  • Sliced prosciutto 5 ounces
  • Arugula 1 ounce
  • Grated parmesan cheese 1 ounce
  • Balsamic vinegar 6 ounces
  • Olive oil to taste
  • French fries 14 ounces

Directions:

  1. Defrost Chicken Milanese overnight in the fridge. 
  2. Remove the Chicken Milanese from the package, place them on a baking tray, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and heat for 12 minutes at 350°F.
  3. Place balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan and simmer until the vinegar is reduced by half, remove from heat and let it rest.
  4. Place the french fries in the air fryer according to directions. 
  5. To serve: Place the heated Chicken Milanese on the plate, start by placing the arugula on top, then the prosciutto, and finally a swirl of the balsamic reduction to taste. 
  6. Serve with the French fries on the side.
