Ingredients:
- Chicken Milanese 1 package
- Sliced prosciutto 5 ounces
- Arugula 1 ounce
- Grated parmesan cheese 1 ounce
- Balsamic vinegar 6 ounces
- Olive oil to taste
- French fries 14 ounces
Directions:
- Defrost Chicken Milanese overnight in the fridge.
- Remove the Chicken Milanese from the package, place them on a baking tray, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and heat for 12 minutes at 350°F.
- Place balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan and simmer until the vinegar is reduced by half, remove from heat and let it rest.
- Place the french fries in the air fryer according to directions.
- To serve: Place the heated Chicken Milanese on the plate, start by placing the arugula on top, then the prosciutto, and finally a swirl of the balsamic reduction to taste.
- Serve with the French fries on the side.
